nehaines8 Hi just saw your review. That necklace was never worn as far as I’m concerned. Nothing was replaced on it on my end. I very shortly sold chloe and Isabel and got tired of carrying it all around in military moves. I would have gladly taken it back and refunded you your money. I’m not selling things as a business.
