kweensgurl I just saw your comment about the iPod. Please send it back. I will refund. It was never opened and used. I don’t know why your having difficulty when it was never opened. It’s an older ipod model so maybe the software is outdated. I’m so sorry. I wish you messaged me.

kweensgurl Hall, I contacted Poshmark as well and am waiting their response. I wish you had contacted me directly before putting the issue with the iPod on the review. Either way, I would not have you be out the money for this purchase. There was no way for me to know there would be an issue. Again, sorry for your inconvenience.
