Hi Rebecca! I am so happy you love your new peplum top! Have you received your jacket yet? I don’t quite understand what the delay is with USPS! I shipped your jacket and top on the same day, but for the last several days it has said it is sitting in OH?

@mirrormirror52 I was wondering the same thing myself! First they said they couldn’t deliver it because of our neighbor’s dog 🙄. Then I got an update that there was an error & it was sent to Texas? Now it’s back in my city but it looks like it’s just hanging out in their shipping facility (I’ve also noticed the previous history has been deleted as though nothing ever went wrong!). Anyhew, I tried to log a case just now but they need to know what “Special Service” was used for shipment?

@murebecca , that doesn’t make much sense to me, especially since you received your top without a problem, and they were sent together on the same day! And how it went from OH to TX, is just beyond me! I am not sure what “Special Service” would refer to. Is that something Poshmark is inquiring about? I have never had or read of this issue before!

@mirrormirror52 Rite?!? It is totally bizarre & makes zero sense to me either. I tried to log an issue with USPS & when they ask about special service they mean “insured, certified mail, etc.” and you can pick more then one. Since I don’t know how it was shipped, I can’t fill out that part of the form which means I can’t log an issue. Hopefully Poshmark will intervene! 🤷🏼♀️ So frustrating

@murebecca , hi there. I heard back from PM, and they said that USPS is experiencing delays, and if we do not receive any updated tracking info by 12/8, we will need to reach back out to them. I am still a bit confused as to how you received the top, and not the jacket when they were shipped the same day/time, but hopefully it gets resolved and updates quickly! Xo 💝
