You mentioned cleanliness, the description says good used condition. It never mentioned very good or excellent. Also your item arrived hand wrapped with a ribbon, the original box and extra gifts.

dunesnstars @christisright How else can I improve the packaging and the description of used shoes that are clearly not brand new? Please let me know. This hurts my feeling because I really try hard to give a good description especially the used items. Please tell me what I did wrong?? Thanks you, your input is very important to me. I would rather give you your money back. I do not need the $12 I earned for a 2 star rating.
