ruthieh11 Good Morning Gorgeous, I’m glad to hear that you are ok to keep the dress after all. I reached out to Poshmark last night with the inquiry, haven’t heard back yet.. meanwhile, still suggest we go ahead with a return request since it makes most sense to me, especially in light as your funds are still held with Poshmark, it would be easier for you to get your money back and I could then re-list the dress, that is of course after I get the pin repaired ..make sense?

ruthieh11 That way you won’t have to worry about it and I will have better conscious selling a dress without discrepancies with it’s accessories .. I would reach out to you and let you know prior putting it back up, in case you’ll still be interested. Look, bottom line, I’m sorry you have experienced this inconvenience. At the same time, I don’t feel comfortable finalizing this sale after the mentioned discrepancy. Let’s just start over? 🥰

ruthieh11 The other option I can think of is to send you a personal check or wire money for the repair you would absorb, which isn’t exactly my ideal ida if a smooth transaction. I care greatly that my buyers feel 100% satisfied with their purchase, without having to meet any issues. ❤️

I'm used to shopping on eBay or etsy where there's no issue with providing a partial refund if the buyer wants to keep the item, but there's a minor issue. Thank you for following up. P.S. I took the pin to a shoe repairman & he's charging $20 to fix the pin. It's all good!
