rebeccanic321 @fourgails hello, how are you? Thank you for reaching out! I'm so sorry, but I think I have done something f wrong in my set-up. I didn't see any notifications of a sale until now and the order I believe was cancelled. I'd like to apologize to the buyer, I feel terrible. I believe I need a little more help getting started.

fourgails @rebeccanic321 Hi there! 😀 When I look in your closet I see a sold pair of shoes. Is that the item you are referring to? You should have received an email from Poshmark with a shipping label when the item was sold. You can also click on your closet name and the select Sales to view the order.

fourgails @rebeccanic321 Are you saying that the sale was cancelled by Poshmark due to lack of shipment? You can click on the buyer’s closet name and leave the buyer a comment if you like.
