lightone Hi Rebecca, I was just notified by OM that you opened a case up stating the Theory trousers you bought last week. Since you haven’t reached out to me with a complaint, I am confused and unclear about with what you are dissatisfied. I am a psychotherapist by profession and one who is completely open to dialogue for resolution. Please communicate with me. I’ve never had a case opened against me and always effort to be honest. rebeccaprien @lightone Hi Lauri, I’m new to this and didn’t know a case was a cause for concern. I simply thought it was part of the return process, with which I am unfamiliar. The pants don’t fit me (not your fault, of course, just due to size variations among brands.) They also are much more like fine corduroys than velvet. There’s nothing wrong with the quality. Will you accept a return? I’m happy to close the case. I didn’t know I could request a return from you directly.

lightone Hi: I understand. Poshmark is an absolutely wonderful platform but does take a couple of minutes to learn the culture and nuances. I do not do returns as most poshers don’t unless it’s a blatant misrepresentation, which I believe wasn’t. The first photo could not have been a more accurate close up of the fabric.

lightone You should definitely re-posh them... put a higher price on them so you can make snd accept offers. It will be great for learning one aspect of PM. I have done that many time with purchases that didn’t work for me and , as said, sometimes earn more than I paid. ☺️

lightone Always ask for measurements when uncertain. When someone one doesn’t I assume they have the same item in another color or have tried them on in a store. I hope this helps.
