taputt help me to understand why you rated me 3 stars for the way a company makes their shoes? I did not misrepresent what I was selling nor was the shoes damaged. In the future no matter who the seller is, please don't rate them because you do not like the way something fits or feels on you.

I had such high hopes for every pair of shoes from Naturalizer Soul would be perfect for me. I should know better if I can find one pair of shoes that are awesome I should be grateful. your shoes are becoming more comfortable each day I think it's something to do with the type of soul molding to your foot. you were very fair and I appreciate working with you.
