rebeccahbrown I’d love to say “All good” but the mask we ordered hasn’t arrived yet - delivery date was bumped from Dec 23 to 29 to today and still nothing. Your comment says you sent us two masks but we’ve received one so far and it’s the wrong one so...stay tuned?

rebeccahbrown I...”You’re welcome”?? It’s been over two weeks and what we’ve received is something we didn’t order, while the item that we did order (as a Christmas gift) is nowhere to be found. That’s not a “You’re welcome” kind of situation...

rebeccahbrown @youngpulse I really just want a shipping label to return the wrong one that you sent in error, and a refund so we can find a new gift for our son. This whole thing has been a disaster and I just want to be done with it. Please just send a shipping label, process the refund and let's move on.
