you purchased the dolce k lip kit. i shipped it 2 days ago and they still have no scanned it so im gonna go to the ups store after school and figure out whats going on!

@beckad98 what they said is that it isn’t at the ups store anymore so they took it. but he was saying that sometimes they forget to scan the package so either its in the process of shipping to you right now but no tracking number or if it hasn’t showed up at your house in a week then ill have to call USPS and figure out whats going on. if all doesn’t work out, ill cancel the order and give you back your money. hopefully it does because this has never happened to me

okay i called USPS and waited a good 30 minutes on hold for them to tell me its still not has been scanned. therefore the package is lost and im waiting on them to find it. you can cancel your order at anytime. im so sorry about this. this has never ever happened to me. im just as mad as you are because that was a 25$ lip kit that i bought and they lost. absolutely furious. if they do find it, i can text u on here and tell you. but for the meantime, its gone

@beckad98 no problem. like i actually cant believe they lost my package. they requested some kind of form so they should be getting back to me in 2-3 business days about the package. hopefully they find it or im going to be extremely disappointed with the USPS postal service

@briannascholl so um today I was checking the tracking number to see the location of the package and it said “Alert” because it was delivered to a different address in Stamford CT this morning but I have no idea where. I tried to call them but no one is answering and it’s still not delivered to my house and it’s 8:00 pm here

@beckad98 ya because i don’t touch the label. whatever is on the label is what gets printed out, cut and taped to the package. u call them tomorrow and ill call them after-school. gosh. i have never had trouble like this package. absolutely ridiculous with USPS
