I accidentally mixed up the shipping labels on your item. I have contacted support for help figuring out what to do next. Please open a case ASAP so you can get a refund and return the item you received. I am soooo sorry for the mix up! If you still want the robe after my mistake I will give you 10$ off.

You should have received a message stating it was delivered. I can’t see the address anymore just your name. If you did not get a message click on the item in your purchase list and it should give you the tracking info. Check soon though because you have a limited time to file a complaint with Poshmark. I am not allowed to deal outside Poshmark so it is important for you to file a complaint if you got the wrong item or no item at all. I’m super sorry for this I know it is a pain!

if you did not open it yet mark it return to sender and mail it back. It will be free that way. There is no way to refund your robe now but I will mail it out to you as soon as it comes back to me. If you want you can keep the sweater that was sent to you. It is a burgundy chenille sweater from Torrid. There are pics in my closet in the sold section. Let me know what you want to do and I will keep you posted on the progress.
