curatedcaroline Hello again! I just wanted to drop you a line and let you know that I shipped your dress the day after you purchased it. The other packages I dropped off that day are showing that they are shipped or pending acceptance now so I'm hoping it will be arriving to you soon! I'm not sure why the status never updated to "Shipped". I'm keeping an eye on it but if it happens to show up without the USPS scanning it, just let me know asap by accepting it! curatedcaroline @hollinsvbgirl I've been watching it every day and I'm really concerned that it says still pending. I contacted Poshmark a couple days ago to let them know what was going on and they asked me to wait until Tuesday the 20th and let them know if I still hadn't heard anything.

curatedcaroline I am so sorry you're still waiting and that we don't have any answers! The other package I shipped out that day has been delivered and accepted already. If you'd like to open a case with Poshmark rather than waiting until Tuesday I completely understand.

curatedcaroline @hollinsvbgirl I'm hoping so too! I drop all of my packages off with my corporate mail center and I don't ever get a receipt but this is the first issue I've ever had shipping posh or anything else with them. I contacted them and they said that if something had been dropped at some point they would have found it by now so I'm trying to figure out the next step of who to call. I'll keep you posted on anything I find out!

ctaylor270 Please feel free to keep the suit and return an empty parcel so you can get your money back. I did not mean to represent the suit as I pulled the strap over my head from the front of my body when I tried it on. It was too small for me. I am so sorry that it disappointed you. ctaylor270 If for some reason Poshmark won’t refund your purchase price for the suits I will gladly send you a personal check. You may be absolutely correct that it is supposed to work a different way. I got it at and end of season sale and when I tried it on the next summeron I couldn’t get it past my hips and just assumed it was halter style. I want all of my customers to be happy and will gladly give you a personal refund because of the misunderstanding. @Ctaylor270

I understood the mistake. It's only anchored in the front on one side and in the back on the other so it's made to be a cross body. Thanks again for your willingness to work this out.

ctaylor270 @hollinsvbgirl I guess because it was on the hanger in the store by that strap I assumed it was a halter. Now that I think about it it did seem to feel strange trying to put it over my head! Thanks for understanding. Like I said I will make it right if they don’t process a refund.
