kelsylikesshoes honey we don't smoke. I haven't smoked a cigarette since I was 16 and I'm 33 now. your rating is slanderous. I'd consider removing the comment. we washed the Sweatshirt with arm and hammar (recommended by doctors) and downy fabric softener and layed it flat to air dry for entire day/night Again WE DONT SMOKE AND HAVE NEVER SMOKED. your comment is SLANDER. and false. if it were true id have NUMEROUS OTHER COMPLAINTS from other customers. but I have none.

kelsylikesshoes we did all this before shipping the Sweatshirt. you need to edit the rating& remove that slanderous comment. furthermore we have a son who is allergic to cigarette smoke and cats so we have 3 huge hepa filters running in our home 24/7 for his allergies. there is no possible way any kind of smoke could ever get on that hoodie..if you don't like the way our detergent smells (recommended by doctors) then simply wash it with your own. don't make up slanderous comments.

kelsylikesshoes also, Our inventory isn't even kept in our home. it's all sealed in plastic bags in airtight plastic bins at a storage facility indoors where smoking isn't allowed. so theres no possible way even if we did smoke in our home that your items could possibly smell like smoke because the stuff isnt even kept at our house! Do you see how wild this accusation is? again, I'd have about 30 more complaints from other customers if this had any truth to it. I've gotten ONLY 5 star ratings this week!

queenbbs @kelsylikesshoes I will not remove my comment. I have been on Poshmark for several years and I have never had anything if the sort happen. I am highly sensitive the cigarette smoke and just opening the package stunk of smoke. I have since washed it in detergent with oxyclean, vinegar, and a Lysol product that is supposed to get rid of odors and it STILL smells. I’m going to give it a baking soda bath next and hopefully that does the trick.

queenbbs @kelsylikesshoes furthermore I have nothing to gain by making “slanderous” comments and to be honest I could’ve refused the shipment and sent it back so you could smell it for yourself. Bottom line, the sweatshirt smells like smoke, PERIOD.

queenbbs @kelsylikesshoes if the items are stored in a warehouse perhaps the item didn’t get washed before it was sealed? I’m not knocking you or your brand I’m just giving you the Gods honest truth. I’m the one that gets screwed in the end if I can’t get the smell out, I paid for a sweatshirt that smells like smoke. I don’t appreciate you insinuating that I’m lying.

I don’t care if I’m blocked from your store or your friends stores, I can find lululemon elsewhere. What I do care about is how you are not even willing to figure something out.

I have a dog so I can’t promise there won’t be anymore dog hair but I also don’t claim to be a pet free home…

queenbbs @kelsylikesshoes you said so yourself, all of your items are stored in inventory, not at your house so I’m assuming that before the product was shipped you actually did not personally smell it, so how in the world would you know, for a fact if it smelled or not?! I don’t appreciate you threatening me and I still can’t belief that you haven’t even offered me so much as an apology or even an I can’t believe that happened.
