tsluxury i just saw your comments for the pants I sent you. You noted that there was a hole in the back and in the crotch which I can promise you I did not see prior to sending but I don’t doubt that you are being honest. I feel terrible that you spent money on the tights and the delivery. I would never knowingly deceive a Poshmark buyer. I am so terribly sorry for your inconvenience and I’m really hoping I can make this right for you.

tsluxury Hi again - I reached out to customer service and I cannot initiate a refund. However if you contact Poshmark support specifically on this transaction, and tell them about the problem with the pants, they will initiate the refund for you. Please do so and I certainly will not contest it. If there’s anything else in my closet that you would like to consider please let me know. Otherwise I don’t have anyway to refund you or make this right. And I would really like to.

rebekahdavis7 @tsluxury I appreciate your comments. i was unaware that Poshmark does not do any returns after a delivery is accepted. in the grand scheme of things, it's not worth sitting on a call with customer support. I tried contacting them and was unable to get anywhere with it. I used fabric glue to halt the runs in the fabric and that seemed to help. I understand that it can be hard to see every detail when you have a lot of items listed. Thank you for your efforts in trying to remedy it.
