redsrico @jenniferrope203 okay hi Jennifer, so you know I hired a new tailor. She promised me that I would be receiving the dress by Monday which would be the 21st day. If I do not ship this by Monday at 5 Poshmark will cancel the order. Now she wrote me a couple of days ago and informed me that she would not be able to ship the dress out today. I have the gowns made in the New York garment district. I am a native New Yorker and that is where I have my work made

redsrico That being said they are cutting out the butterflies the hand sew them onto the dress. Neither one of us realize how much time it would really take to make this dress properly. I have gowns that take up to 30 days to complete. This particular gown consists of lace and boning which is all hand-sewn. In addition, all the butterflies are also so hand-sewn. Since it is a gown and not a tea-length dress that requires more butterflies.

redsrico I'm not sure by what date you need your dress. However, the tailor has asked me to give her several more days to complete the butterfly details. I would like to tell you that this is a very unusual situation for us. Would switching tailors and the previous not having followed instructions things have not gone as smoothly as they normally do. I truly apologize for all this headache over your gown.

redsrico So this is where we are at... Monday Poshmark at 5 p.m. will cancel this order. The tailor which after this will also be fired... Has asked for several days to complete the butterfly details. I have invested in your previous gown and in this one. So when I say I am at a lost I mean it in both ways... Financial and professional. I am truly embarrassed with you because you should have never been exposed to these situations. However, unfortunately it has been out of my hands.

Intuitively, I knew there was a problem. I will allow Poshmark to cancel my order, but I want to know exactly what day you will be mailing it. The day before you are going to mail it, I will repurchase. If it is not mailed by that date, I will cancel and will not conduct business with you in the future.

redsrico @jenniferrope203 the last tailor I had a great room with but when I started losing money with him I should have let him go immediately. I kept giving him opportunities up until he really messed up your dress. So although I've hired what I believe is a good tailor she's a bit slow. Like I mentioned earlier the Gown also requires a great deal of hand-sewing so she did that take that into account when we sign the contract. Which also messed me up with you. I

redsrico @jenniferrope203 as I said in a previous message the Gown is at a stage where the butterflies are being cut and sold on to the Dress. As you can see in the photos this is a tea-length dress. As a professional courtesy I sold you the gown with the length that you asked for at at length dress price. What I feel to realize was that it would take longer just so National the additional butterflies on a gown then it would on a tea-length dress.

So let me tell you how this industry works. I commission for a gown to be made. The Gown is completed with the exception of the hand-sewn butterflies...

jenniferrope203 @redheadfashions I absolutely had no intention. Of offending you. Please view this situation from my perspective. The pictures you had listed previously did not show or state that it was tea length. They appeared to show a long gown as the model was seated. Also, when coordinating, you asked me specifically what length and I answered floor length. I also told you my reasoning behind my nontraditional ceremony was due to a terminal medical condition.

Sometimes it has been difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi. However, I should arrive at my destination tomorrow. The process is very simple. It takes anywhere between 15 to 18 days to complete a gown. I ship out within 21 days.
