Hi Poshmarkers. I'm Redmontster. I love animals, and rescue homeless cats and dogs. Buying all my clothes and shoes on Poshmark is eco-friendly and fun. The clothes I've bought used are beautiful, including suits, blouses, and pumps that I wear to court. I've also found beautiful art, vases, and other home goods. Practically everything I have is used. As a compulsive Poshmark buyer, I'd like to offer a few tips to clothes sellers. First, please provide fabric content, and put it in the description. Sometimes people search by fabric, e.g. "rayon pants", or "acetate sweater". Second, please provide measurements. For sweaters and tops, please provide the bust and waist measurements, along with the length from shoulder to hem. For blazers, add the measurements for the shoulders, from shoulder seam to shoulder seam. For pants, please provide the waist, hip, inseam and rise measurements. Third, details about the item. Is it lined? Is the zipper two-ended? Are there pockets? Finally, please post thorough photos of the item, including the entire front and back. All this information might be a pain to gather, but it helps buyers immeasurably, and makes the difference between a prospective buyer liking an item, or moving on past it.
