reeganfobes9 @jennifermontrea hey have you heard anything about the parcel? I accepted it early because you have always sent amazing true to fit items. I was out of town when it delivered so I didn’t want you to wait to get your money so I didn’t bother checking it out beforehand. It says delivered on my end but there was nothing in my mail box. I know this really does not have anything to do with you but I was just wondering if you heard anything on your end! No pressure just wondering :)

jennifermontrea @reeganfobes9 I feel unbelievably bad that somebody may have stolen your package. Now what we need to do is advise Poshmark that you accidentally accepted my package - but that actually, it was a mistake and you never received it. Poshmark has a guarantee for both buyer and seller when something like this happens - both parties get paid. I’m trying to see how to open a case on a sale that has already been confirmed. Give me a moment.

jennifermontrea So obviously when I checked the tracking it gives me the same information that tou see - it was delivered to a mailbox in a communal building. I assume you live in an apartment building? Is there any way somebody would hold it or put it aside for tou?

jennifermontrea First thing, go and revise your rating. Remove the stars if possible. And then for sure remove the comment. Start with that.

jennifermontrea And once you do that we will advise Poshmark that you accidentally accepted it but actually didn’t receive it. It’s easier to explain without the comments and stars, even though I completely understand the kindness behind your actions. Murphy’s law that this Happens.

jennifermontrea Hi Reegan. I opened a ticket with Canada post, but I’m not sure that I will get serviced - the account belongs to Poshmark , not me. The ticket number is 0144867414, it’s a start. I also was able to remove your love note completely from my profile, but I can’t remove the rating. I will open a case with Poshmark to advise them that you accidently accepted the order , didn’t mean to. And you still have not received. Can you also do this on your end?

jennifermontrea I sent Poshmark an email explaining what happened. I also advised them that I would be willing to pay towards your total refund - but that I hope they will implement their protection policy in this case. So you understand fully, sellers pay a large fee to Poshmark when we sell in their platform. Part of these fees are towards an insurance of sorts. Will keep you posted.

reeganfobes9 @jennifermontrea sorry that I’m replying so late! Normally I get a notification when you make a comment! I will remove my rating, that is not an issue. I’m really sorry for all the hassle. I’m glad there is an insurance thing I was really worried you would end up paying for Canada posts mistake (which honestly was my biggest concern). I will remove the rating and keep updated on that number.

reeganfobes9 I’m sorry the hassle, and I know that this does not reflect you as a seller by any means. I also apologize that I accepted it before I looked, I shouldn’t trust Canada post as much as I trust you and your ability as a seller. Hope your day is going well, I would like to say again my biggest concern out of this whole thing is that you would have to pay out of pocket for someone else’s mishap.

jennifermontrea @reeganfobes9 hi reegan, the 1 star just brought my rating down by a lot. If you can’t remove it entirely, can you please leave it at 5? Otherwise it’s really , really bad and may remove my ambassador status if I can’t make up for it with many sales.

jennifermontrea It’s completely not a hassle. You’re a customer and you didn’t get your package. You shouldn’t have to pay for it. Im just waiting to see what Canada post and Poshmark say about it.

jennifermontrea Also, if you go to your purchases, and click on your last order, you will see that there is a tab called “problems/order inquiry” or something like that. Then, there is an option to “contact Poshmark”. You can claim the issue here, this is what I did on my end. But if you also do it, there’s a better chance of being refunded

jennifermontrea @reeganfobes9 hi reegan, Poshmark support answered me. They said that they can help us , but you (as the buyer) really need to reach out to them yourself. The thing is that Canada post shouldn’t have advised it was delivered - if it wasn’t actually delivered to somebody. I feel very confident you will be reimbursed if you open a case with Poshmark. But I feel really sad that you didn’t get the box. It was really a good one, I added two pieces.

reeganfobes9 @jennifermontrea okay so I will open a case with Poshmark. But! I got a phone call from Canada post just an hour ago saying that they figured it out and got the key in my box. I went down immediately to check, and there was still no key. I phoned them again and they ordered a new investigation.

jennifermontrea @reeganfobes9 it’s really a large box because the faux fur jacket is super voluminous. There’s no way it would have fit into your mailbox. I have no idea how Canada post has your phone number / when I placed the issue , i wasn’t able to provide them with any of the receiver info except your address.

jennifermontrea I would like to share the loss with you if it doesn’t get figured out by Poshmark. After all fees are paid, I made $72,50 on the order. Which I know is far away from what you actually paid in total. But that’s why I feel Poshmark needs to help here - we pay high fees as an Insurance of sorts.

Im not overly concerned with getting my money back I just thought I’d keep you in the loop which is why I involved you to begin with because I felt like you should know and you could help me get my clothes.

reeganfobes9 Also when I get home I can give you the two investigation numbers. If this doesn’t get figured out by Poshmark I don’t mind paying you the whole total. Or you just keeping the money. I’m really not super worried about that part I just wanted the clothes and for you to not be in the hole.
