Poshmark will be sending you a return label did they let you know also? I have contacted the other buyer and am still waiting to hear from them. If I don’t I will ask Poshmark to intervene

Both parties. I was told to send directly to other buyer I believe. I have a newborn so haven’t been able to send. I’ll send tomorrow.

I actually can’t send the item until Monday. Both my husband and I are out of work until Monday and have no printer for the return label. He will send Monday when he gets to work.

@reem_mamdouh I’m not sure why they told you to do that usually the item gets sent back to the seller and then I would send it out again to the correct buyer. I agreed they are not communicating with me either. And the other buyer does not respond to me. I asked Poshmark to please contact her but still no response . At this point I just wAnt to make sure that you get your credit.
