abkphan Hi I received your rating however, I truly believe it’s unfair. You gave me a poor rating because the item is small and you’re unhappy with it, but I had indicated that it’s small and also listed the name of the bag and the measurements. I just don’t understand how you accepted the item but gave a poor rating. You could’ve let me know from the beginning and I could’ve worked with you to find a solution. I sent it in a timely manner and packaged it with care and also described it truthfully.
