mskizzyt Hi, I just want to let you know I called UPS this morning to see what the deal was with your package (the Lane Bryant coat you purchased from me on Aug. 30). I made them aware that we have received no updates since Sept. 4 and that it was supposed to be 2-day shipping. They opened up an investigation to track it down. I was told I should hear back between 24-72 hours. This has never happened with any of my packages. So sorry for this delay.

mskizzyt @reginanobel (1) Yes, I had to reopen a search request for the Nashville post office. The Oregon po has been in contact with me quite a bit. But it is not lost on their end; the last space that had it is Nashville it seems. I did that a few days ago—at which point I was told to also go online and open a “Missing Package” report. I did that last night.

mskizzyt @reginanobel (2) I would say let’s give it just a little bit more time before canceling (in your end) and filing a claim (on my end). I was told that if I file a claim and they find it, the coat belongs to the PO, because they will have given me the money for the lost package. So, in short, they’re still searching for the coat, but trying to make sure the Nashville hub is looking as actively as Oregon has. Sorry, sister. Let me know what you would like to do.

mskizzyt Regina, I’m going to have go ahead and call it, and file a claim. It seems USPS is NOT locating the package. First time in my life this has happened. Praying it doesn’t happen again!
