nbeaver2k Hello! I am sorry to see that you needed to open a case on the Tommy Hilfiger shoes. what seems to be the problem with the shoes? I would never intentionally sell a product that is not as described so I really hope we can find a resolution :)

rtanner515 @nbeaver2k Hi, I think it was actually a mistake in sizing. The shoes were listed as a 9, but they're actually a size 6.

enavant Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I did ship the velvet skirt already, but for some reason USPS hasn’t scanned it into tracking. Every once in a while they don’t get it scanned until close to when they deliver it. I’ll keep an eye on it. Hope it gets to you soon!
