@reginanava also for the record, particularly with returns, you can always reuse a USPS priority mail box as-is even if it has someone else’s info on it (rip off or cover the orig label with your own, or cross it off with marker/pen before buying the label at the post office.) before I knew this I used to spend a lot of time covering up a box with paper too, so I know it’s a lot of work 😆. as long as you are sending something that uses priority postage (which 95% of posh labels are)

@cajunqueen1962 I have tried to change it but it say it is not a valid address. The people who lived here before had a PO Box & we have a mail box verified withe post office. We are already getting mail in it. I have filled out the change of address forms & turned them in to the post office. I have emailed posh to ask what to do. Waiting for a response.
I would call if I had a number.

Thank you for your email! As long as the order has not been shipped, the buyer will be able to make a one-time change to their order. The buyer may update their shipping address by going directly on the order page under 'My Purchases' and selecting 'Edit' next to the shipping label. Once their address is updated, a new shipping label will be generated and e-mailed to you.
