Hi! I want to clarify further bust without private message it’s a bit difficult. Boutiques buy from manufacturers and can then rebrand items under their private label. Boutique items are generally higher quality than mass produced mall quality items, and less available. 😉 I hope this helps! The extra shipping on the hamper is $24.00, which comes out of seller's pocket. And of course, our items never sell for our full list price, they are always discounted with discounted shipping for the buyer (seller pays all shipping on this oversized item). And, at Home Goods, you can just carry it home, no shipping charges. So, people who can't get to Home Goods do like the convenience of it being mailed. It's always the customer's choice as to buy or not. Have a lovely holiday season! 🙂
