Regina, I am getting ready to send you the Vera luggage tote and I noticed what appears to be a manufacturers defect on the piping of the bag. It seems to be slightly discolored compared to the rest of the bag. If you would like, I can send you some photos and you can decide to cancel the order or I can offer you another discount in addition to your offer. I wouldn't feel right sending the bag with the offer as is. Let me know how you want to proceed. I am so sorry for not catching this sooner!
