3sapphire @reginajbooth61 Hi Regina! So sorry, they said once you’ve accepted, they can’t do a refund. Next time there is something you see that doesn’t match the picture, you have to contact poshmark before you hit the accept button! Hope you can still use the dress though!

reginajbooth61 Also since you agreed to a full refund I thought that was ok. Lesson learned I guess. In the future I will use my Discover card for further purchases. That way purchases are protected.

3sapphire @reginajbooth61 Hey Regina. So, you have five days to contact poshmark and you need to do this before hitting accept. Next time you will know. If you don’t do this then after five days, you’ll be charged. When you hit accept, then you are releasing payment and basically saying you are fine with the product. I did mention in the description that it was used with wear and tear. Is there something you feel I didn’t disclose?

reginajbooth61 That's not the point. Your the one who saw my rating and offered a full refund as well as shipping. You didn't disclose all the fraying on the cuffs . And its definely isn't a 4-6. I feel a product thats condition should not be sold on any site.
