Not sure why u gave a 3 star rating & said I need to improve on shipping time, packaging & description. Mailed out Priority to u 2 hours after u purchased them the 15th & u received them on the 18th 3 days is normal! They were nicely wrapped in tissue, personally signed thank you card & facial mask as a gift to u. My descriptions on my listings are more through then about 95% of the other listings on Poshmark. Then you say you like them. Im Confused?

@marceesfinds She did the same thing to me!! I sold her my gucci bag for $130. in good condition...same bag is selling for $300.+... packaged it up an hour after she ordered it...gave her 2 brand new necklaces as free gifts...wrapped it beautiful in tissue paper & bubble wrap..nice note...I mailed it out the next morning. She received it 3 days later!!

If the box has been opened and resealed, then they usually ask for new shipping label. Let me know if I need to send you a new label. Much Thanks!

@leslieann73 I think maybe you are use to buying on another site where you tap the button for shipping packaging description etc that they were positive. So you didn’t look that Poshmark if you tap them that means they need to improve in those areas. I’m just guessing that’s what caused the confusion. I’ve never questioned a buyers rating before it just was so off and then you said you loved them🤷🏼♀️ thanks for buying from me anyhow.

@brendaduchon hello just heard from Posh Their reply was since they didn’t receive the bag to be authenticated until January 21 it takes an additional 12 business days for them to process the authentication before it can be sent as of today they have not I think I the bag yet once it has been they will send it

@jsytme I replied to the email I just got also telling them it is taking too long and you want to cancel the order, but I think you have to do it from your end. I am sorry for the delay. Like I mentioned., I got an authenticity certificate with it when I bought it, so I know it is authentic. I will not relist on poshmark for anything that needs to go to them first, due to the ridiculous amount of time it is taking. again I am sorry.
