Sorry you weren't happy with the packaging. It was sent with bubble wrap so I'm not sure how it wasn't protected. I always including packing in the boxes to protect handbags

I owe you a huge apology! I opened it when I had my sister over & I opened the box because I was excited to see it & my phone rang & she took it out & tidied the packing without out my realizing. There were little ones running around at the same time. I feel very badly. I just called to confirm it with her. It was just a big mess up. How can I change my comment so it doesn’t reflect on you? You have not idea how sorry I am!
