1khmatteao1 Hi, my name is Kylee, I recently bought one of your pair of Ugg boots. I just left post office as tracking stopped after the 12t. They said I’ll need to reach out to the help center for assistance.In doing so, I need to give some info on both sender name & address and then of course my info, description of item, etc. Can you please email me your name & address so I can open a claim for the USPS to track & locate where our package has gone to?
