Hey there. We were just wondering why you would have provided us 1 out of 5 stars after we promptly delivered your item, clean and exactly as described in the listing? After trying to reach out to you privately to no avail, we thought this might be a bit more effective in getting a response. As we had mentioned in previous messages, if you were not happy with your purchase, we would have accepted a return.
