spicybae Remington. UPS mixed up my packages and sent your boots to another buyer. You will be getting 2 pair of Nikes instead of the UGG boots. I am waiting to hear back from support as to how this should be handled. I sincerely apologize. I will get back with you as soon as I know how to proceed.

The person that rec'd your package during package mix up opened it, so it does not reflect how I originally sent it to you which was perfect and with a gift. So, Thank you for the first bad rating.
