@renzah I had to cancel the order of the floral dress. It got caught on the shelf in my closet and ripped very significantly. I apologize a great deal for the inconvenience

@renzah I had to cancel the order so I never got the money. They wouldn’t release your money to me until you have received the item. So Poshmark should be refunding you

@renzah I just looked it up. It says if an order was cancelled Poshmark immediately processes a full refund to your original payment. I hope this info helps. I am really sorry that happened

@renzah no or I would have definitely let you know and gotten it mended. Since the overlay is sheer it’s so thin and caught on a jagged shelf.
