jenmcadam I saw your review of The ModCloth Coach Tour dress you purchased. I am not understanding why you rated me a 1⭐️. This dress is exactly as described and exactly as photographed. The brand is ModCloth and the name of the dress is ‘Coach Tour’. I am not sure how my description could have been clearer? My shipping was speedy, my packaging is on point and my description was exact. How did my service warrant a 2⭐️ rating? I pride myself in always providing 5⭐️ experiences.

jenmcadam Thank you for the updated rating. I still feel the rating is low. ‘Coach Tour’ is the official name of the dress. The brand was clearly listed as ModCloth. I have no control over what search it pops up in. Coach dresses run a minimum of $300, so I’m sure if you thought this was a Coach dress you were thrilled at the steal you were getting.

jenmcadam The dress was priced appropriately. I came down as far as I could for you. ModCloth dresses run $60 and up. Had you have asked about it being a Coach brand, I would have told you ‘no, it’s ModCloth as listed’.

drlong @feda2424 OMG, I am sooooo sorry. That was supposed to reflect that SHIPPING AND CLEANLINESS were PERFECT! THERE were ABSOLUTELY no issues with this purchase. That is an error- can poshmark rescind this rating so I can redo it? Everything was just fine - all these different places rating scales are different. So sorry- about the incorrect "needs improvement " . This was truly an oversight
