So, I recalled them and sent the correct ones. You might receive them a day later than planned due to my mistake. I am so sorry! I didn't want you to get the wrong ones and have to send them back. shople @revealey Hi! Thanks for your purchase of the brand new red clutch. Just wanna let you know that there's some discoloration on the back area (near the zipper area) as noted in the details section. I think it has to do with the material. Because it was already like that when I bought it new and it's still brand new (never used). But I wanted to point it out again before I mail it out tomorrow. Thank you!

shople @revealey yes - it's a glossy material. i really like the clutch - especially the color, but never got around to using it. the tag is still attached. i just have too many bags/wallets/clutches so reluctantly trying to sell this one :) i'll mail it out tomorrow. thanks for confirming!

theposhmermaids @revealey Yes. The correct pair went out on Saturday. It took the post office forever to return the first package, and since I had to use the same shipping label, I couldn’t send the new one until the first one returned. And it cost $14 to have it intercepted! I’m learning from this mistake!

revealey @theposhmermaids hello, I received my correct order of cabi jeans last week. But today I received a pair of size 4 black cabi pants. I did not order these. My guess is that this was the original package that you sent to me with the wrong item and that you tried to intercept because the note inside this box is addressed to me. How do I get these sent back to you? Can you send a prepaid label to me?

theposhmermaids @revealey Hi Renea, Thanks for being so patient! I've been requesting a post office pick-up almost weekly since this happened. We got a new postmaster last week and they told me today that I can't request a pick-up. It needs to come from you! I wish they had told me this earlier!

theposhmermaids If you go to the USPS online site and ask for a pick-up and in the notes write: "This package has an Intercept and E.C.C. case. Return to 97035. Contact Supervisor 503-699-2176. Needs to be sent undercover." Then all you have to do is place it outside. This is what should have happened weeks ago, if only I had been given the correct info.! Thank you for being so kind and understanding about this. Lyn
