lydellm Hi Renee, i saw your rating and assume you weren’t contacted by PM to explain what is going on. I realized that I sent you the wrong belt right after I shipped your package. I immediately contacted PM. they said they would ask you to generate a “problem” report, and tell me when to send the correct belt. I haven’t heard a word until I saw your rating. ckhilt @rjcooper You would have to file the claim because the post office is saying you received it. It showed that it was delivered to you. Is it possible that it could have be stolen or blown away?

rjcooper @ckhilt I was home all day the day it was delivered. Went and retrieved my mail as soon as mailman left. It was not with the other packages. I received 12 packages from Poshmark and 1 from Amazon. Poshmark indicated I should have received 13 packages from then. I got ahead of myself and marked it as delivered but I could not undo it. I sent info to Poshmark but have not heard back. Do not know what other recourse I have.

ckhilt @rjcooper I don’t know what to say. I believe the scan comes from the post office after they made the delivery and that’s why it’s showing as being delivered. I’m guessing PM is doing an investigation with the post office and that’s why you haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully we’ll both find out what’s going on very soon.
