mlovedogs Hi Rene, I just received a notice that says I hadn't shipped your Mary Kay items. I actually shipped the very next day, inside the post office to a clerk, received a tracking slip. I can't call until Monday when they open. I will try to track it online in the meantime. This will be the second shipping issue this week. Something I ordered went to wrong place. So frustrating. I live in a small town. Not like my post office is busy. Will let you know what I find out. Vicki @mlovedogs

mlovedogs Hi Rene, I hope you see the texts. I have found out where your items are, they went to wrong place. Not sure if I will get them back. I'm so embarrassed. I printed the label. But it printed previous label. I can refund and offer free shipping on another item. Or, whatever you would like. I apologize. I had only one item to ship that day. No reason to think it would print wrong. Taught me a lesson , let me know. Again, my apologies.
