pspaine @reneegamez - I wish you would have just contacted me about it. The sandals were not in that condition when they were sent. The only thing I can think of was that the PO stored them where it was hot and it affected the glue on the sole. It's been very hot here all winter so if the mail man left them in the truck it could have weakened the glue and made the insoles lift. Sorry for the inconvenience- I hate having to deal with Poshmark
