reneecordero @london57 I'm sorry for not contacting you. I have never had to return an item before and did what I thought I needed to do if I needed to send back an item. Your description indicated that the strap was in pristine condition however it has cracks in the middle of the strap and has an odor to it. I'm sorry for not contacting you first...I am still fairly new at this. Is there anything I can do to remedy the situation now with you and Poshmark at this point? Please advise.

london57 @reneecordero It has been in a dust bag in a cedar chest. I live in a non-smoking home so I'm not sure what you are insinuating. Yes, the strap was used, I stated that. If you want a perfect immaculate item you need to go to Louis Vuitton and pay retail. You have now tied up MY MONEY. Accept the item or return it to me because someone else is ready to buy it right now. I have a 5 Star rating on PoshMark-learn the ropes before throwing someone under the bus.

london57 @reneecordero BTW-- the strap is made of coated Monogram canvas, just like all the monogram items. If you know your LV products you should know this. The only leather is the handles. Make up your mind.
