@foxarazzi I have been dealing with a seller that goes by poshgarden for 2 months now, remember me saying she was going to replace a item from one that I already pay her for, well today, I seem something I like way cheaper then the first order that I pay for, well she wanted me to give her more money and I wouldn't then she blocked me, mailed her dress back to her and haven't seem a replacement item yet, so hurt😢

@nalee72 oh my gosh I'm so sorry to hear that happened. Unfortunately I don't know what can be done since the return transaction didn't go through Posh. I'm surprised to hear that since the seller is such a big one here. Perhaps writing an email to Posh support would alert them. That's probably not going to do much though, honestly. I like to trust people but I'm always cautious because of stuff like that. I'm truly bummed for you. 😘🌺

It's okay! She want me to keep giving money and I'm not, she has $55 of my money and Posh has $6.49, total in all $61.49, the replacement dress was only $48.00, but she kept saying I had to do exchange fee for $3 and Posh gets $6.49, well she has $13.49 left from first dress I pay for and send back because it was too small, I just feel as a seller she could have just send the less amount dress and call it a troop, but... No! Money, Money, so I told her to keep it.

I stay on this site shopping and buying from sellers, but... I would never do business with her again ("Poshgarden") and I'am very unplease how I had to go back and forward with her( 2 mos.) I did everything she ask me to do and I was honest the whole time, she wasn't and she had the nevers to say the replacement dress got lost in the mailed, which I don't believe that happen. But... I'am counting it as a lost and I know I did what was right and honest👏😭

It went through, the dress was too small, so she request for me to mailed the dress back to her and she will replace something else, never happen, two months I went back and forward with her, she said she sent a replacement dress, but it got lost in the mailed, I never seem one, she has me to find something in her closet, but she wanted me to pay a exchange fee + Posh shipment fee and I wouldn't do it because, I have already pay for a dress that I don't have.

@nalee72 oh love, I wish I could help but I have no authority. I am just an independent seller here on Poshmark. I typically do not do returns as Posh does not support them and whenever you work outside of Posh rules, such as trading, returns/exchanges, both buyer and seller are opening themselves up for potential problems. I know this doesn't help solve the situation, but I do hope you continue to shop here as there are many great sellers. Wishing you the very best of luck 💝

Thank you! I think for me right now, I have been more then patient honest and I try to stay humble, I work hard for my money, I'am not trying to hurt nobody, but to take something from somebody and state you been a seller for years on Posh( "Poshgarden") is mind blowing, you always want to satify your customer, I'am really sad, how people think they can get away with things, she have block me, but keep taging things. Like she hurting.👎

That was my hard earn working money, that you took ("Poshgarden" ) what makes you think I want anything you have or got, your items listed , you can find all them on "Cutie site", for cheap prices ( just found out) so please stop try to play like you try to help, when you knew you took my money, and please stop tagging and making up excuses, it's a lost I accepted!!!
