heidi89406 @cupcakes_closet I don't know if you actually viewed the pictures I posted with the damage on both ends, so disappointed that you haven't felt any urgency in communicating with me on this matter. I really do love this bag so I have decided to keep it with hopes I can get it repaired going though the website without it costing me to much.. This buying experience has been very disappointing considering this has been the bag that is my favorite on this entire site..
