marcar12 @duchessasjewels I just dropped the hoodie off at the post office, you should receive it on Monday Here is the tracking number: 9505 5158 7697 7237 0788 29 Not sure how the claim thing works but maybe upon receipt of the hoodie you could approve the hoodie.
