amymerg Good morning. I honestly did not notice any bubbling. I have had them in my closet for a while. After i snapped a few pics, I put them away. I am so sorry that happened. I had them for a while which is why i sold for such a low number but my intentions are never to sell something the buyer doesn't love. I would also be happy to mail you a refund and you can keep the shoes. I always thought they were super adorable. Just let me know and I can get that out this week.
