I would still like to have it if it's in relatively decent condition - Can you tell me if it has any imperfections and what they are? I have initiated a return for the purse you sent me and will mail it tomorrow, so I am not sure how to proceed. Can you help me? Do I have to go through customer service? Thanks.

You truly didn't deserve the extra care. BTW, they belonged to my daughter who we lost to suicide and the proceeds are going to pay for her funeral services. 💔
