jeepwife Hi! You got the Pandora clip from me. I’m sorry you’re having so much trouble w/ it. 😥. I’ve been able to open & close it without any issue & had transferred it from my bracelet to the necklace & took pictures. It should open the same as any of the clips. I want you or anyone else to be ecstatic about any purchases from my closet. How can I help you open it? I’ve never had this happen to me in all my years on Ebay or my time in Posh. I’m completely freaked out about this happening for you.

jeepwife @nugget77 I’m googling it and the regular way is using your fingernails to separate the clip. I also found that you can put pliers in side the hole and gently separate it. I will keep googling until we figure it out

jeepwife @nugget77 I’ve been looking up things and it says if you can wedge something thin and stiff between the opening, like a credit card or some thin metal item. Then you can try to open it. Please keep me posted. I will keep looking up what other things we can do.

nugget77 @jeepwife morning wow I Finally got it opened this was a project in its self i tried the credit card thing already chipped a nail finally a knife worked wow I have so much pandora its crazy and never had an issue like this but its finally done just have to fix a nail, but I appreciate at least you trying to help like you did that was very thoughtful and I'm not used to anyone doing anything but ripping me off 🤔😔 thank you again lets hope I can get it off the necklace lol.

jeepwife @nugget77 Yay! I’m glad you were able to get it open it! I’m sorry you had so much trouble to open it and broke a nail. I wonder if when I closed it that the rubber got stuck or if pressed it hard and moved a latch inside? I’m glad for you but I’m still sad as it’s my first less than 5 star transaction and my rating is not perfect anymore. I don’t blame you as you’ve been duped before, but there are good sellers out there who care about their customers! 🌸👍🏽
