reneel1982 @glamhippieavl I tried to find a way to contact you privately but was unable to find such a way. Including reaching out to the PM Support team. I'm sorry for the loss of your family member, truly. However as a someone with such a high rating and as a PM Ambassador, I would think you would have communicated an 8 day shipping delay.
