bdesign Hi, thank you for purchasing my Jill Platner necklace! I wanted to mention the measurements given are approximate and I measured from end to end. The approximate measurement of the cord (toggle to hook) is 14.5”. I just want to confirm that still works for you. If not I am happy to cancel the order. Otherwise I will put the necklace in the mail today! Thanks again!😊

rdjames106 @bdesign Hi! Wow, that’s much shorter than 16”. That actually is too short for me - wont fit. Sad, but I’ll have to rescind my purchase as a result. This hasn’t happened before, so please let me know if I have to do something, or if you cancel the purchase. Thank you for sending the actual measurement & correcting what was listed.
