Hi I’m trying to reach out to you because you got your refund from the timberland boots you have bought from me saying it did not fit you. How ever I still don’t have my boots back can you give me a tracking # and provide poshmark with the same also thank you

Hi there, I did not get a refund because I was away for the week that i was required by Poshmark to ship them back to you, so basically I was forced to keep them. You should still have the money I paid for them. Poshmark knows this as I emailed them that I was away. Apparently they only give you a few days to mail them back once they ‘approve’ the return, which I missed Hopefully I will find someone to give them too!

They sent me a label (via email)
to ship it when I was away and I never used it. Then I emailed them to tell them that I was away and couldn’t ship them back to you. Their email indicated that I would not get refunded unless I sent them back so I don’t know why they took your money back. Doesn’t seem like they should have done that ! It’s ok, all ok, it happens. I hope you figure it out With them, thanks!😄
