sterlingnb Good night. I am reaching out to you to advise;that I did not receive this page. Tried to file a complaint. But, the ONLY option is to file a claim. I do not have your info. So can you start the process and file the complaint. thank you

sterlingnb @renee_ashley the issue is that I DID NOT receive it. Although the USPS claim they delivered it to my mailbox. #1 IT CAN'T FIT IN MY MAILBOX. I don't have and I Never received my package. I went online to file the complaint with USPS.

renee_ashley @sterlingnb I see. I’m not sure if it has insurance because I was only given the label through Poshmark. It was sent in a brown postal bag bubble/envelope. My name is Ashley barber. That the only info I would be willing to give. Have you tried to reach out to Poshmark and ask them about what to do.

renee_ashley @sterlingnb I absolutely sent the purse so I now do not have a purse so it wouldn’t make sense for me not to be paid for it. And I have confirmation through the website that it was received. Not sure what else I would be able to do on my end.
