amybakedbeans Hi! Thank you for the quick shipping of the Smartwool sweater. I am sorry to report that it does not appear new without tags. It is stained (yellowish stain on chest area as well as discolored / darker grey in the underarm area) and faded.

amybakedbeans I don’t want to be a pain or effect your future sales but paying $55 plus shipping for this item that was not as described feels wrong. I can send it back for full credit or ask that you discount it down to $25. Thanks and I’m sorry to bug you but hope you understand and can appreciate where I am coming from.

ren1959 @amybakedbeans of course, please send it back! I don’t unfortunately understand your complaint because it is new/not worn. I don’t understand the underarm issue you’re explaining but please send it back. I honor what my buyers want. I’ve never had a complaint on Poshmark and have a 100% rating on Ebay. I’ve never had to refund but will find out how I do that, when received. Thanks for the interest and sorry it didn’t work out. Also, thanks for letting me know.

amybakedbeans @ren1959 thanks so much for the reply. I've researched it and now realize poshmark rules require us to process the return through their site. I will have to go that route. Apologies for any inconvenience. I can tell you are a good business person and can only assume you didn't notice the signs of wear on the item. All my best to you, Amy

ren1959 @amybakedbeans I realized the same as far as going through their channels. We’ll have to agree to disagree on the wear issue and leave it to them tho. I wouldn’t have sold it if that were the case. Take care
