bamcd22 hey, I purchased the carhartt vest and I still haven't received it yet. if you look at the history it was sent to Illinois and has not had any update since Jan 12th. I know covid has delayed usps but this in kinda nuts. Can you help?

randrush @bamcd22 hi I am equally as frustrated as I have been keeping track as well. Since it has been delayed 10 days I notified Poshmark. I will let you know if/when they respond.

bamcd22 Any news from Poshmark? Something is wrong-either lost or stolen. the fact that it went from Pa to Il and then no update since Jan 12th.

randrush @bamcd22 I have not heard anything from them yet. I agree something is up. I’m thinking since I emailed Friday I wouldn’t hear back until Monday-Tuesday. I will keep you posted. I wonder how they handle since you paid and I’m out product. I’m assuming they have insurance on the labels they provide so hoping we are both covered 🤷🏻‍♀️.

bamcd22 We need to resolve this asap. There is nothing I can do with Poshmark or USPS- the seller has to contact Poshmark. I'd like a refund. https://support.poshmark.com/s/article/USPS-Shipping-Delays?language=en_US

bamcd22 @randrush Thanks and I sent them a note as well asking to cancel and refund. As you saw in there FAQ- if the status has not been updated in 10 days- this is now on day 14 that they will come up with a solution. we'll keep in touch and assume they will issue a refund to both of us

randrush @bamcd22 I emailed them again and told them That you were requesting a refund. Since they have the funds I’m guessing they will Have to release them back to you? You should Contact as well. If you do get a refund please let me know and if/when product shows up I would appreciate the package returned so I can resell. Because at this point while Your frustrated I am doubly so, as I didn’t get paid nor do I have the product. I will likewise keep you posted on any updates I get.

bamcd22 Renee- I did receive a refund this afternoon from Poshmark. I hope you did as well. Sorry this didn't work out. I'd rather have the vest then the refund. All the best and thanks for your help.
