I think the one star rating is a bit unfair considering how hard i tried to get in touch with you and give you options. I must have left you 10 comments over 3 days in 4 places. Anyway. You still got 400-500 worth of NWT items excluding the thermal.

rjohnsonhomer @bethfarnstrom to clarify: I was out of town when the items where delivered & it was past the timeframe that Poshmark allows for me to return the items.....I understand that’s unfortunate & have to keep the items but that does not take away the frustration of a purchase with damage to it. As far as the pet hair.....yes, your correct in that your ship did not claim pet free BUT it was an item with tags on it so I don’t know how it was used or in a area that the hairs where all over the sweater.
